Eating well and drinking well are a must at Barrel. This year, we enjoyed many wonderful meals by our company chef Reggie Soang, who now cooks for us on his days off from working at The Spotted Pig. We also became adept at building quality sandwiches and recently began using a slow cooker and rice cooker to put together some fun dishes. We also enjoyed several “cocktail nights” at the office after a long day of work, mixing both classic and experimental cocktails.
