A Continuous Feast
The Barrel tradition of eating and drinking well continued in full force this year. We sampled flavors from local restaurants, enjoyed early morning Chinese pastries and late afternoon bao, and mixed after-work cocktails. We celebrated National Grilled Cheese Month, cooked homemade Korean, and built our own hot dogs with wieners from Wisconsin. We also began serving wine on tap, trying various selections offered by City Winery. With a fully functioning kitchen and a very stocked bar, the possibilities are endless.
