Driving Kite Hill's Retail Sales Through a Bold New Look
We migrated Kite Hill from WordPress to Shopify with a new website as part of a brand refresh to strengthens their position in the dairy alternative category and connects shoppers to nearby retail stores. Each product page highlights local retailers and directs customers to a Store Locator page, powered by Pear Commerce, making it easy to find and purchase Kite Hill products in-store.

Enhancing The 818 Omnichannel Experience
Barrel partnered with 818 to enhance the online shopping experience and drive retailer sales. By integrating a robust MikMak store locator across product cards, product pages, and a dedicated store locator page, we made it easy for customers to find nearby stores carrying their favorite 818 products.
Driving Sweet Loren's Engagement Through a Reimagined Recipes Hub
After migrating Sweet Loren’s from WooCommerce to Shopify, we launched an immersive recipe hub to keep customers engaged post-purchase, whether online or from retail. The hub builds credibility through UGC and cross-merchandises products, all while inspiring customers with creatives ways to enjoy Sweet Loren's.
Optimizing Bobo's Subscription Growth & Increasing Retention
The focus of our website redesign was to increase subscription retention. We implemented multiple subscription pathways including a Subscribe & Save page highlighting the program's benefits to drive conversion. To reduce churn and increase LTV, we upgraded the subscription dashboard to Recharge's Affinity portal for seamless order management.

A New PDP for The Outset with Optimized Subscription UX
As The Outset’s brand grew, they needed a more robust product detail page to showcase product benefits and encourage subscriptions through skincare education. To improve customer retention, we redesigned their PDP to be more flexible, enhance storytelling, promote routine bundling, and drive subscriptions through Recharge.
Personalized Nutrition Through Once Upon a Farm's Build-A-Box
In collaboration with Awtomic, we continue to optimize Once Upon A Farm’s Build-A-Box experience to boost AOV and conversion. The robust flow enables parents to effortlessly create custom subscription boxes for their little ones, fostering lasting relationships with OFARM’s customers and increasing their LTV.

Engaging Customers with McCormick's Community
We combined product education with cooking inspiration across the McCormick experience, allowing customers to shop directly from lifestyle images and videos. Using Tolstoy, we integrated user-generated content featuring real people cooking with McCormick products. This increased engagement and conversions by helping customers visualize products in their own kitchens before purchasing.

Connecting Milton's Customers to Products Near Them
To simplify the experience of finding Milton's products, Barrel integrated Destini's omnichannel store locator and linked customers to Instacart, making it easy for users to find local retailers and check product availability online or in-store. We also built a product-specific store locator page that drives traffic to Milton's retail partners, ensuring customers can find exactly what they want at their favorite nearby store.

Inspiring Customers to Cook at Home With Cabot
As part of our on-going partnership, we enhanced Cabot Creamery’s recipe experience and homepage to make it easier for customers to discover and cook with their Cabot products, inspiring delicious meals, snacks, and appetizers. These updates highlight Cabot’s brand storytelling, encourage customers to explore new uses for their products, and help build stronger connections, driving repeat purchases and fostering creativity in their kitchens.
