A Fresh and Fast Start

Hurom, the South Korea-based makers of premium juicers, came to us as they looked to reboot and grow their brand in the United States. We began our engagement with an overhaul of their website, which we rebuilt on Shopify, and continued by working on a number of digital marketing initiatives from various campaigns to social media marketing. In 2019 Hurom approached us to design a new homepage for them to showcase their expanded product offering, highlight recent press, and provide recipe recommendations through a quiz.

We created a custom landing page to convert visitors on the site who come to Hurom.com from paid social. The page outlines the difference between a Hurom Juicer and a standard juicer, outlines the key benefits, and showcases reviews and top products to increase conversion.

A core part of the website redesign was the product detail page, to showcase different features of the juicers. Reinforcing Hurom’s versatility, the product detail page clearly displays what Hurom can juice, what is included in the shipment box, and reviews to drive conversion.

Content Creation

To help position Hurom as the best-in-class premium juicer, we generated various creative assets including photography and custom illustrations.

Email Marketing Upgrade

We designed a new visually-driven email template to communicate product news and promotions, helping drive more conversions. We also developed an email marketing calendar to streamline Hurom’s communication efforts. We also utilized various forms and exit intent pop-ups, increasing Hurom’s list size by more than 4x in just 6 months.

Holidays With Hurom

We worked with Hurom to plan and execute an ambitious holiday campaign that featured an e-commerce “doorbuster” promo on Black Friday as well as a Hurom Guide to the Holidays series that showcased Hurom’s juicers through email and social. We also ran Hurom’s paid media campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, and display, helping bring in record e-commerce sales figures in November and December.
