A New Approach to E-commerce with a Lower East Side Mentality
A 5th generation family owned optical business, MOSCOT has been a significant member of the New York City community for over 103 years. Whether it’s through the iconic mannequin heads or chest full of tchotchkes, MOSCOT Shops and stockists alike bring the brand’s history to life for all customers experiencing the brand in person. We set out to create an e-commerce experience in parallel with the level of service and experience customers receive when shopping in-store.

Global Access
The new website experience, built on Shopify Plus, features a HIPAA-compliant data platform to store sensitive customer medical data and a multi-currency integration with Flow.io to support global sales. Our goal was to make checkout as seamless as possible by simplifying the process and helping users complete prescription and non-prescription purchases with ease, no matter where they are in the world.
