Core Values

Codifying Our Beliefs

We started 2014 with the launch of our new core values, the culmination of a 6-month internal effort to define and discuss what we cared about as a team. Our core values have become an integral part of our culture and are central to our decision-making process, including the projects we take on and the new team members we invite to join us.

  • Challenge

We will constantly challenge the client and ourselves on the notion of what is possible.

  • Understand

We will continually seek to understand and diagnose our client and their problems before we offer solutions.

  • Inspire

We will inspire each other and the world through active sharing.

  • Trusting Partnerships

We will build meaningful relationships by being honest, respectful and humble with each other and our clients.

The Team

One Big Skill

We each picked an area that we could incrementally improve upon and develop throughout the year. Some team members ventured outside of their discipline to explore the skills of other roles that might complement their core competencies while others went deeper into existing skill sets. We shared our progress with each other every month.
